Tap814 Speakeasy is hiring Line Cooks who take pride in execution, consistency, and working with intention.
This is not a “just get it out” kitchen. Our cooks are part of a tight, disciplined team that values quality, timing, and accountability.

What You’ll Do
•Execute menu items consistently according to recipes and standards
•Maintain speed and accuracy during service without sacrificing quality
•Prepare, portion, and organize ingredients for service
•Work clean and organized throughout each shift
•Communicate clearly with front-of-house and management
•Follow all food safety, sanitation, and handling procedures
•Assist with prep, closing duties, and station setup
•Support the team to keep service flowing smoothly

What We’re Looking For
•Previous line cook experience preferred
•Strong knife skills and basic kitchen knowledge
•Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
•Attention to detail and pride in your work
•Team-first attitude and accountability
•Reliability and strong time management
