Our Story
In 2017 we took a hammer to an old Johnstown favorite to give it new life. We fought back and forth on the center bar that stood for 20 years until we finally won. We gutted the entire space and 8 months later with a new 5,000 lb. concert bar, 100 year old barn wood and Edison style smooth and warm lighting Tap 814 was born. We wanted a hang out for a broader audience. An appreciation for craft cocktails, unique beer, craft food, and a story.
We are on Instagram

Just real conversations, cocktails, and the chance to meet someone new.
Spark Session starts at 6 PM.
Dating apps have had their chance.
Tomorrow, we`re bringing people together the old-fashioned way...
Over great conversation, light bites, and cocktails.

Life`s too short for boring Tuesdays.
Grab a seat. Order something you haven`t tried. Stay longer than you planned.
That`s kind of our thing.
We`ve officially entered our favorite season...
Not pumpkin spice season.
Event season.
We`ve got nights worth putting on your calendar, and we`re just getting started.

Sunday Scaries? Never Heard of Her.
One more cocktail. One more appetizer. One more reason not to cook tonight.
We`ll take care of dinner.
Live music. Cold cocktails. Zero regrets.

Grab your favorite people, claim a patio table, and let Saturday do what Saturday does best.
Music starts at 6:00 PM.
Friday`s looking thirsty.
The drinks are cold. The patio is calling. The only thing missing is your group chat finally agreeing on a place.
Problem solved.
You made it to Thursday. Reward yourself accordingly.
Work can wait until tomorrow.
Tonight? Order the flatbread. Split the deviled eggs. Say yes to another cocktail.
Your kitchen will survive without you.
Dinner Should Never Feel Like a Chore.
Skip the drive-thru.
Skip cooking.
Grab a cocktail, order something you`ll think about tomorrow, and make Wednesday feel a little less like... Wednesday.
Weekends Are Meant to Be Shared.
The cocktails are cold, the kitchen`s fired up, and there`s always room for one more round.
